If there are no measured wind statistics
available for your site, we can perform an analysis
of the site-specific wind conditions by means of ERA40
data. These data are a reanalysis of the European center
for medium-term weather forecasts (ECMWF, Reading, UK).
The global data record includes wind time series at
10 meters height of the past 40 years, which represents
a climatologically representative period.
